"Cheating Eating"
One question I get asked often is – "can I have a ‘cheat meal’”. Simple answer to this is – “Your Goals – Your Decision – Take responsibility for your actions”.
However, if you do choose to have a cheat meal think of it this way; Cheat meals are meant to satisfy your taste buds, it is not a right to binge on everything and anything. Still use portion control on a cheat meal and remember a cheat meal is “a meal” - it does not comprise of a whole day of cheating eating.
